Routine appointments include things like: regular doctor’s appointments, hair

care, manicures, sports, church, child care, bridge club, book club meetings,

volunteer work, etc. Follow the format below for each routine appointment or

social activity.

Is there a uniformed security presence?

Is there an under cover security presence?

Are there surveillance cameras?

Are the entrances and exits secured by gates or any kinds of barriers?

Is employee parking secured?

Is public parking mixed with employee parking?

Does the public have unrestricted access to the building/s?

Are employees required to wear any type of badge, uniform, name tag, etc.?
