May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and if you’re in midlife, it’s the perfect time to pause and check in. Not with guilt. Not with pressure. But with kindness.

Because midlife is full of shifts: hormones, identity, energy, even priorities. You might feel like one day you’re handling it all like a champ… and the next you’re standing in the kitchen wondering why you walked in there. (We’ve all been there — probably twice today.)

Let’s be real: your mind has been multitasking for decades — managing families, careers, relationships, and all the invisible to-do lists.
So if things feel foggy, frazzled, or flat-out fried, you’re not broken — you’re just overdue for a reset.

Here’s the truth no one told us:
Your brain deserves a bubble bath.
