While COVID-19 is an evolving situation, we are committed to doing our part to slow the spread of the virus AND to help you build your immune system so it is functioning optimally. Here are some of the things we’re doing: After you register, you will receive Immune Boosting Tips from Coach Chris, a Nurse Practitioner and Coach Kaylin, an Ayurvedic Practitioner. You will complete a COVID-19 questionaire prior to attending, and another one upon arrival. During the retreat, we have a lovely, covered outdoor space and the open beach for our workshops. We are looking for UV-C lights which are known to be effective against viruses, bacteria, etc. We will provide plenty of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer. Of course if you have been exposed or tested positive, please refrain from attending.

**Refund & Transfer Policy: If the state closes everything due to COVID-19 or weather (hurricane) cancels our Beach House, we will refund you. These are the only refunds. If you are unable to attend last minute, you may transfer your spot to a friend. Your friend will pay you. Please let your organizers know.
Weeks of quarantine without control over our regular schedules can leave us disconnected and hijacked by fear. Fear is our most basic survival response. Partial information from media sources increases fear and hopelessness. When left unresolved, fear progresses to guilt, shame, resentment, denial, hopelessness, helplessness, doubt and stress. Meet Your Coaches
Regina is a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, and a Level 4 Smartsafe Instructor. She teaches women how to enjoy more peace and ease as they #healforward. Regina enlightens, equips and empowers women so they experience more peace, ease, confidence, courage, and live unlimited as a Goddess Warrior. Whether speaking or teaching, Regina is sensitive, fun and relate-able as she shows women, they too, can conquer fear, tap into their inner strength, gain confidence, and Live Life Unlimited.
Chris, a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Yoga Instructor is passionate about helping others attain optimal health through a combination of integrative and functional medicine. Chris relies on her training in functional medicine to identify and treat the root cause of disease. She then offers individualized care through an integrative medicine approach – combining alternative treatments with conventional medicine to achieve optimal results. Chris incorporates meditation, pranayama, and yoga therapy into her medical practice. She is kind, compassionate, and has a unique ability to meet others wherever they are in their health journey. As a breast cancer survivor, Chris has learned to embrace each day with joy and gratitude. Her heart’s desire is to love others well and to share that joy and gratitude with others.
Kaylin, a Holistic Medicine Practitioner, has been around alternative medicine her whole life. She has always been fascinated with how food and herbs affect body chemistry. This fascination forged her path to healing. She strives to educate her patients and empower them to take hold of their health. This is what leads to ultimate healing. Kaylin also is a yoga instructor. She takes eastern approaches and western approaches in her holistic practice. Kaylin uses Ayurveda to examine all aspects of her patients lives to see the causative factors that are creating imbalance and creates a plan to correct the imbalances. She works with clients to implement lifestyle changes through food, herbal regimen, yoga poses, and routine to help regain balance inside and out of your body.
